You see it throughout the Old Testament...

Animals are used as sacrifices, they are slaughtered during the genocides, when God flooded the earth animals were drowned.

At the end when God is sending the plagues, pestilence, famine and war I''m sure animals will die then too.

Why are animals always collateral damage?

Not only that, but supposedly before the "Fall", animals didn't kill and eat each other. Rabbits and mice and sheep and antelopes and all other non-predatory animals were not prey for others.

Apparently THAT part of "God's creation" isn't worth much. They are innocent victims of the errors of humans.

Yet another reason to not honor or worship that "God".

Mr. Nolte,
I think that you are touching upon a principle that puts Lordship ahead of the modern mindset.

I think that it would analytically show that God values things over other things. He draws lines of separation in certain ways. According to HIS opinion. Not our opinion. That's what a Christian attempts to do; forgoes the opinion of 'self' in favor of God's opinion.

God wasn't born in the years 2007. And the world thought differently in 1 AD than it does in 2007. They looked at things differently. God thinks of things differently. Animal rights is not on God's agenda.

At least the animal sacrifices have stopped for the time being! lol

When the first Adam sinned all humankind and God's other creation suffer the effect of sin, including death which could be be caused in many ways. God is not the cause all these. It was the sin of Adam that brought them about. But with the coming of the last Adam, Jesus Christ, all humankind who believe in Him and all God's other creation will be restored to live happily ever after in the new heaven and new earth. All animals, even those there are made extinct by men, will be restored to enjoy life eternally after the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Humans that abuse and exploit animals their next birth is sure to be in an animals body, then they suffer the suffering they inflicted on animals during their previous life, this is called the LAWS OF KARMA. Especially the slaughter of billions of animals for meat consumption on the daily basis, there is a reaction waiting. These laws are applicable whether you believe or not.

God does not punish, humans do, and by the way, wake up and enter into the twenty first century, no one sacrificies animals anymore. Read the New Testament.

God doesn't punish animals, but animals suffer as a result of mans doings. Oil spills from tankers on the ocean. Man extincting animals. Man encroaching on animal habitat. Man polluting the air they breath.

That comes from the Hebrews who practiced animal sacrifice to appease God. It was just a normal practice back then.

Animals aren't created in the image of God, they don't have the opportunity to have a relationship or to even know God. When they die, that's it, they're gone! Just like Atheists believe...

The innocent always have to pay for sin.

I am not Adam, not Eve, but for some reason I have to pay for their mistakes right? None of it makes sense, unless it is a ruse set up to control others.
