If a catholic is born again, can the person still receive holy communion in the catholic church...........to be answered by catholics only, please

As far as I know, Catholics are saved through the church, not through accepting Jesus as their personal savior. To say that you believe other than what the Catholic church teaches puts you out of fellowship with them.

You must be Catholic to take communion in a catholic church.

No one is born again unless they have been baptised by immersion in water and filled with the Holy Ghost (as evidenced by speaking in tongues). John 3:3-5,8 , Acts 2:38

We are "Born Again" when we are baptized. As long as you have been baptized, are a practicing catholic and have not committed any mortal sins, than of course you can recieve the Blessed Sacrament.

I don't see why not; unless he renounces Catholicism. Being born again means regenerated or renewed.
