I am taking 5mg of Isotretinoin per day...and on two occasions i've taken a few E's during my treatment. Are there any known interactions with these two drugs?

Its not safe to take Accutane nor E.
Accutane can damage your reproductive genetic material. I think it is better to have som pimples, and try to figure out which food products make you break out. A skin prick test of commonly eaten food products for example. Combining retinoic acid with ecstacy will strengthen the genetic damage. If you want to have health kids one day, I suggest to stay away from both drugs.

No, it is not safe. Accutane can cause depression, mood swings, suicidal thoughts, etc. and the x will only make these worse. While rolling you may suffer from one of the accutane side effects. Get your skin clear and then pick up some hotties to roll with if you insist on doing the x.

Ecstasy is never safe.
It's quite naive that you're concerned about interaction with other drugs, but completely disregard the fact that there are people who have either died or never quite "made it back" after only one Ecstasy trip.

Ecstacy is never safe!! And the known side effects of Accutane really aren't much better - why in the world would you combine all those toxic ingredients?

It is NEVER 'safe' to take ecstasy. Why do you want to risk your life? You dont know what is in that little pill - There is enough heartache in the world without man making more! DONT DO DRUGS!!!

Man, are u on a mission?? A suicide mission?Taking x-ta-c is dangerous by itself and you have the nerve to take it with some kind of other perscription??If there was any interactions I am sure you would have known by now, dont you think?? You sure will be in my prayers.

Its not safe to take E's anyway cause some of them are made with speed, horse tranquillizers, and garden pesticides, well if you get a bad one anyway. Might spoil what your medication is trying to help you with etc. Go rave till your hearts content and one day you'll get a bad pill which is not MDMA , you wont enjoy that experience.
