ok, first off, no , annd 2, tommy guns are a trademark full auto rifle, and if you get a springer, that you have to cock each time, it not only disgraces the tommy gun, lol but it defeats the prupose and is really just a crappy carbine in the body of a machine gun

www.pyramydair.com has them for 90-something.
They might have returned/repaired ones for less than that.
They sometimes have such deals.
If they don't, you're still only 10-20$ from the price of a brand new one.
