I'm not cetain I understand your question. I assume you mean does overweight lead to High Blood Pressure. Usually yes. The best way to reduce weight is to excercise regularly and eat healthy. Try excercising in 20 minute intervals 3 times a day. After each session you continue burning calories for a couple of hours as apposed to working out for 1 hour straight. You will only get the additional burn for a couple of hours vs a couple of hours for each 20 minute work out.
