No, not on commercial airliners. I knew this because I was on an aircraft some years ago when a man went berserk. He first tried to open one of the outer doors, something that was to frighten passengers who were unaware of the futility of this action. He then vaulted several rows of seats, trying to get to the flight deck and finished up under the weight of 6 burly rugby types on row 22. The cabin staff looked on and there were no restraints on board and these guys sat on the madman from just south of the Pyrenees until we landed at Cardiff (unscheduled). I might add here that wearing seat belts for landing were overlooked, brandy was served free to passengers and 2 burly Policemen took charge at Cardiff. There we were offloaded, the baggage too.
Following the event, the Captain ran out of hours, got permission to take us on to Manchester and we got our luggage the following day.
Subsequently, the Minister responsible for Aviation, Glenda Jackson to the matter on board and now restraints are carried.
Whether the cabin staff are trained in the use of restraints, I don't know.

depends on what altitude you are at
every single one of those answers is correct, depending on altitude
If you are flying at 2000 feet you can open a door in flight, would be difficult but you can do it without taking the plane down. but if you are at 32000 feet you would cause such a depressurization in the cabin that the airplane would have to decend and possibly make an emergency landing, plus doing so would cause people and everything to be sucked out of the airplane (its true, and not only in the movies) I open windows inflight all the time, but then again i am not flying at high altitudes when i do it. I cherish my life.

Yes it can be, but NO human has the strength to do it while in flight and under pressure. The door opens into the plane and the plane's interior pressure helps keeps the door closed.

The doors can be opened only in emergency on regular flights, unless you want to go bungee jumping with a few friends?

The aircraft's door design is so complex, highly technical and has a very critical function in the aircraft and in the safety of passengers to be left to a moron to open in the mid-air.

No. The doors are locked and the pressure makes it impossible to open it manually.

No. Not on large commercial aircraft. Once the pilot announces "cabin doors to automatic" that's it.

no, there is a safety switch which is controlled. it would be extremely hazardous to have the doors unattended and easily opened by any idiot who came along. safety first!
