Me and my boyfriend usually talk for hours every night. Here recently he's only talking to me on average 30 min a day. He doesn't seem to think hes neglecting me but i feel like he is. Every time we get on the phone he doesn't want to use his minutes or he's on the phone with someone else and sometimes he's tired. I don't know what to do? He also seems to have lost his enthusiasm after only 5 months of dating!

Being in a relationship for a long time i can understand the feeling you're having, i remember those long hour talks at night... basically i think you guys might just be having some boring days, which result in loss of words to talk about, try being creative and asking him to tell you stories.. tell silly jokes and ask questions other than "how was your day?" those kinds of questions are things strangers say.. talk about recent news and stuff.. bring up something you saw on the news.. talk about your family.. the point is to make the conversation interesting and fun.. change things up.. i know their are times even though i love my girlfriend with all my heart, i don't feel like talking about boring things and i just put it off..talk about goals and dreams.. discuss dream ideas.. lol i would talk to my girlfriend about all kinds of stupid things in a funny way.. from us making a rap group, to me boxing professionally, to talking about her being a sexy teacher.. just realize if something is wrong.. try to change it and if you get the same results then you know it's negative.. but don't assume anything yet.. i hope my advice helps you out and keeps you guys on the phone for longer than 30 minutes :).. hour at least.. good luck and have a nice day

Is this a long dist relationship?cause if it is, it's quite hard. You shouldn't worry, just give him some time..maybe stop talking over the phone and see each other instead or if taking a break you will sure have more interesting things to talk about...

Perhaps he's tired of talking.Guys don't like to talk for hours on end like we gals do.At least he is still giving you 30 minutes of his time! I would start to worry when that stops. When you talk to him make sure you are not draining his emotions by asking how much he loves you etc.Be more happy & enthusastic about what you've been up to or what he's been up too!

You need to find out his feelings. Ask him if he has lost his enthusiasm about you and or the relationship. If he has, you need to see if the two of you are willing to work things out. If he is not willing to work things out, you need to move on. I know that it is hard, but you need to think about yourself and do what's best for you. Good Luck.

talk to your boyfriend and tell him how you feel. you have five months invested in this relationship now is a good time to know were you stand in his life and if he can meet the expectations you require in a relationship, if not then it may be time to get out and find someone to give you the time you want. best of luck in your decision.

Talk to him openly what this thing makes you feel, and listen to what he has to say. There's no two ways about this kind of situation but to open your heart and pour out your true feelings. If he care enough, he'll try to get back on track.

Good luck.

Maybe it's that he's feeling that he has nothing to say. Sometimes guys can be like that. Tell him how you feel. Listen to what he says even if it's not what you want to hear. If you ask him what's going on, you must be open to hear what he has to say. I hope this helps!
