Too late once the wallpaper's up.
If your walls aren't exactly plumb you should have overlapped the edges then cut through with a craft knife to make a perfect join.
You may just have to tolerate it until it's time to redecorate.

I had several places where my wallpaper did not meet either.So,I ask someone who hangs paper for a living they suggested getting the craft paint from wal-mart that matches the back ground of my paper.Put a little of the paint on a Q-tip and just run down the seams.Then go back over the paper with a damp cloth to remove the excess if any.Worked great not even noticeable.

never read so much rubbish go to wicks or similar buy tube decorators caulk and gun don't cut anything of the end of tube using light pressure on the gun squeeze out a small bead of caulk into the paper joint wipe with damp cloth bingo joints all gone just paint over

You cant if it's already up , but when you'r hanging it you have to bang the edges in properly , it takes a bit of practise !!

either be very precise when hanging it (obviously :-/) or, paint over it, that usually works.
