I sort of have a crush on this guy I work with. The other day he called my ok (sister) does it mean he's not interested in me?? Does he find me like a sister to him??

Well that all depends on what the context of the conversation was all about.

Does he know you like him? Maybe he's just shy towards you and wanted to find out more about you through talking with your sister.

The only way to find the answers to this question is to talk to either of both of them.

Addition:

My apologies...I misunderstood your question....you said he called "my" sister.....you obviously were referring to yourself...so therefore it should read "me".

It's just a nickname and sounds like he may think of you as a friend.

You now have a nickname with him, good start. Just be friendly, you don't know at this point what his intentions are.
Don't be in such a hurry, let him come to you.
It is not a literal translation, no you are not a sister to him.......he is having fun with you... relax...
he is feeling you out to see your response......

Maybe he does, but maybe it's just a polite way of referring to you. Some guys would address you like that even if they are interested in you.
