I use trendmicro and I love it. I had Norton for a long time and was having problems with my computer. One of my IT tech friends told me about trendmicro. I used it and found so many trojans and viruses on my computer that Norton never picked up. They even have a free home scan. www.trendmicro.com

Had been using AVG for forever, but found recently that Avast seemed to me to have an easier interface and updates. Both are free and seem to work great.

Norton, and I've no major problems, but it does take an age to scan everything. I turn on my PC and leave it 5 minutes before attempting to do anything else.
