No, Apple computers and OS X are designed to work together, but not on any other hardware.

But you can run Windows on an Intel Mac using Boot Camp (free) or Parallels ($79). Do a web search for more info.

Kubuntu Linux is free and looks similar to OS X in some ways, try it, it's free.

No, I don't think so, you have to use a mac. But I think you can emulate it via a VMware software. But not sure. You can't even open files on the CD, they are invisible on PC.
