I want to increase my strength but i am unsure of what should be done.

to have a balanced strength training you must work out all of your muscle groups. upper body(chest, shoulders, back, and arms) lower body(legs, calves). hit the gym and develop all these muscle groups in split trainings. drink some protein shakes while your at it.

if you want to increase your lifting strength focus on your arms, legs and back.

Join my army of supermutants. You'll become an off-shoot of the Incredible Hulk, with the torn purple pants replaced with a black mutant soldier uniform and given a laser cannon for a weapon. Your natural strength will be enough to smash a car to bits with your bare hands like it was nothing.

The only thing is, you'll kinda have your mind controlled and alongside the other supermutants, be conquering the world for me alongside my army of robot minions. I couldn't decide between mutants or robots, so I went with both.

Take a lot of high protein diet esp. animal protein, plus regular work out.
