I have a so so deight. Eat a breakfast, not always a lunch but will eat dinner and have some sort of desert. I am 6'1 and I weigh about 130. Is this a warning weight by the height weight index?

According to BMI, someone who is 6'1 (73 inches), is in a healthy range from 144lbs-189lbs (the lower end for those with a small frame, the higher end for those with a bigger frame).

So, yes, you should be concerned since you are not within that range. Up the amount of proteins, whole grain carbs, vegetables, and healthy fats (olive oil, grapeseed oil, peanuts) in your diet.

Yes it is. Your BMI falls before the normal category. This means that you are too thin. Which means that you are risk for osteoporis, lowered immunity and lack of energy.
Start drinking some whey protein and pumping some iron so that you get some meat on your bones.

You need to eat more - you should weigh alot more than 130 at 6'1".
