What does it take to see the reality of the harm an eating disorder has and what is the step taken after accepting i have a problem of some kind? Scared

You really need to seek professional help. I think it is wonderful that you are reaching out for help and alot of the people on this website are great people, but I'm not sure you can get the truly expertise help that you need. This is a life and death situation. You'll definetely get support and alot of good ideas here, but you need to find a great doctor, local help group with professional therapist trained in this area, and support from your family and friends. I wish you luck with the process. God made each of us special. You are special.

Get some counseling asap

Change your internal dialog. If your brain tells you to not eat, change that to ...."I need to eat to be strong and life"
Convince yourself that a woman needs to have curves on her body.

Sometimesthis is a syupmton of a bigger issues in your emotions

i'm not an expert, but i imagine that if you force yourself to eat a healthy amount every meal, it might become a habit. and i suggest getting some friends and family to help you moniter your eating.
