i am a very slim person but i have a tendency to get a like bulge in my stomach especially after i just eaten and it stays there sometimes what exercises will ensure me a super flat belly? thankyou

Bloat... lmao. Ladies, it's called FOOD in your DIGESTIVE SYSTEM. A foreign concept, I realize, but certainly nothing to be concerned about.

No amount of exercise in the world is going to stop that from happening, I'm afraid. Although you could just stop eating and drinking altogether, which is exactly what models do before a photo shoot. I hope you don't think that humans look like that 24 hours a day in real life.

Ladies, if you are very slim simply wait for a bowel movement. Don't let society make you think you are not pretty or you MUST be thin as paper.

I GET THAT TOO! i think it is bloat and i get it after eating proteins and food high in carbohydrates together! maybe you could try to not eat them together or have less of each!?
