Is your query about the RAN or the USN?
My experience from the RAN was that the least demanding job mentally, and possibly physically, was the Chippies, the Quarter Master Gunners.
The other good thing about QMG rates is that they basically work a regular day even while at sea, although they have to do duties. Some other rates are constantly 8hrs on, 8hrs off which can be exhausting.
The job can be quite mundane, and doesn't pay as well as most, but that's not what you asked for!

if that's all you want, to skate by, don't bother enlisting into any branch.
Besides, what you are qualified for depends on your Line scores on the ASVAB.
