Give your girlfriend some time and space if she loves you she 'll come back to you.Did you try to talk to her or her friends?
Hey was it a serious kind of relationship ?
Did you do some thing wrong which hurt her?

How long have she left?
Anyways, she might just want a break, wait a bit and see, she might be willing to tell you what really happened, give her sometime.
And if she is still out of reach for a month or so / still don't want to tell you the truth... you really have to give up and is pretty obvious that she don't care for you anymore. Sorry!
Then, move on, you deserve a better partner!

Unfortunately a lot of girls don't feel the need to tell you why they leave. Take some time for yourself before looking for another girl.
