How can you control a minor obsessive compulsive order (Ex; constantly worrying, constantly thinking about food, ect) that isn't life threatening, but more stressful, and do it without medication?

OCD is a type of anxiety disorder. You can learn to control in w/o medication (in most cases) by changing your thought patterns. It takes work, but is well worth it. Go to amazon or Borders and look for an OCD workbook. You can do it, and the quality of your life will greatly improve! Good luck.

Well i have OCD and i don't know anyway you can do that you can go to the therapy but that may take a long time to work or it may not even work at all. But one thing i found out about OCD is that it as smart as you are.

i'm no expert, but i imagine if it is food then you could do a withdrawl method. and if its worrying about something then i suggest getting a hobby that requires your full attention, or a pet.
