He was'nt. He is a First Century Jew of The Nation of Israel. But if he HAD been black, it would'nt bother me a bit. Why would it? I don't care WHAT He looks like. Only that He loved me enough to die for me. Thats ALL that matters.....theBerean

if by black you mean ,from the African race regarded as *******.then you have to know you are wrong .by reading the bible you can follow his genealogy from Abraham .I mean that's what all the begats are about! and since Mary was a descendant of David she was a Semitic Jew.
or perhaps you mean his coloring/which i believe was probably more brown than black.
were you just bored this morning? hoped you could stir up the christians or something? real born again christians could,nt care less about the color of the one who saved them from the fires of hell.
when we accepted christ as our savior we were adopted into the family of God.so that would kinda make us a whole different race unto ourselves. peace><>

The same as if I had found out He was a Zebra. The unsacrificial gift that God offers us all is so amazing I wouldn't care what or who He was because ultimately He can only be described as love

how can he be black when he is Israeli??? He's a cross between caucasoid and *******. But then most Israelis are fair-skinned actually. Jesus was tan, I'm almost sure of that. Lol. But I don't think he was black...

Although if he was, it's ok. No big deal.

Are you implying Jesus has less credibility if He were black instead of white? He died on a cross for me so I wouldn't care if He was green and purple.

And, so, then Michael Jackson is truly my brother? Course that doesn't really fit cause he is white, after all. So do you think with this new information that Michael regrets becoming white?
