I can assure you there are not always carrots there!!
I am sick maybe twice each day (no I am not suffering an eating disorder!) and no matter if I have ate carrots or not they don't 'always' come back!

I think i heard somewhere before that its actually stomach lining not carrots. Hope that helps

I made a joke the other day about this only to be told it's the stomach lining. Luckily I haven't been that sick for a long time.

I was sick the other day - loads and loads of carrots came and then it was purply/green stuff and then brown stuff. I must have been sick about 10 times it was horrible!!!!

there not carrots, its actually the lining in your stomach coming out when you throw up

mine doesnt, wen i was suffering with stress, all i was bringing up was masses of blood for over a year, normal times i dont either as i dont eat carrots

It's the lining from your stomach that comes off when you wretch. The stomach contracts with such force, that with the violence some of the lining, or Villi, come off.
It is called gastric erosion.
