My Partner and i want a Holiday in Canada for 4th Aug-24th Aug. Where can i get cheap deals for flights only? Im travelling to ottawa.

go on the oppodo or money supermarket and check flights, then when you find the cheapest one, go on the their website and do a check this way is cheaper

I have just booked exactly the same and have been to canada many times. there are several low cost airlines operating UK-CA routes and I have given the sites below.
I suggest you also try Air Canada as they are having to compete with the low costs thus lowering their flight prices

Try Airline-network.co.uk, I usually get cheap flights from them, but then if you see a flight you want always check with the actual airlines website as they are sometimes cheaper especially American Airlines!! Hope that helps!!
