This is a hard question to answer since we do not know the details. But if you were already a denture wearer and you had another denture made and they didn't fit/work there is a possibility that you can return them for a refund...but then you won't have teeth. Also, when you have dentures made, you usually sign a form before they go to the lab saying that you are OK with them, that's like a nice waver that protects them in case you are not happy with the end result..so no refund. The only thing you can do is go to the dentist and try.
If you are new to dentures and just had extractions,I would get adjustments and wait for the swelling to go down before I made anymore decisions. It's pretty much too soon to tell.
Either way, you have to go back to your dentist.Good luck.

when a patient gets dentures, they first get temporary dentures and wear them about 3 months. the gums will shrink so they need to go in and have permanent ones made at that time. after that, there can be more shrinkage and the patient can get something called reline that will make them fit again. that is generally only done once. if they do not fit later, they need to take new impressions and get new dentures. acrylic dentures generally fit well, but many people don't want them due to the materials not being biocompatible. valplast and flexite can be used for dentures, but they are not as flexible and not able to be fixed to fit very easily if the fit is not good to begin with, and thus, new ones have to be made. if your dentures are acrylic, your dentist should be able to make adjustments to make them fit well. if he cannot, they should refund or do them over. that is the procedure i am accustomed to, but i don't know what your dentist's policies are.

Dentures don't always fit right away, you need to go back to the dentist and have them adjusted until they are comfortable.

try to wear it for a day. If on the next day your gums would bleed then you go back to the dentist to get your dentures adjusted. You can get them adjusted.

I would go back to the dentist that made them and have him fix them. My mother had a partial plate that used to gag her and she had to go back 5 times before they were right. I doubt you'd get your money back unless you brought it to court, and even then you would probably be asked if you gave the dentist a chance to fix them first.
Good Luck

Nope, they were mad just for you.
You have to make up your mind that you will wear them
and you will.
Some people gag, but if you take a deep breath it helps.
Also try just putting in one first the upper and once you get use to them put in the lower..
Good Luck...

Depends on whether they were made incorrectly on you just don't like them. If they don't fit they can be adjusted to fit better.
