sounds like they like you and are trying to get your attention. IT seems she is waiting for you to notice her too and talk to her. Go up to her say hi and start talking if you feel comfortable enough ask her out I am sure she will say yes.

yes ,she likes u,and she wants u to talk to her b/c sometimes the girls at first becomes shy and wants the boy to begin with talking.take my advice b/c i am a girl and i know that very well, and i also know how girls feel towards someone whome they like and wants to talk with, and sometimes actions speaks louder than voice.Thanks.good luck
