Give him time to come around. It's up to him to melt his heart and stop being angry and stubborn. Maybe you can drop him a note or two... send over a small gift. Other than that, the ball is ALWAYS in the court of the angry party. Peacemakers can only do so much.

I am in the exact same position as you right now. My father is mad at me for something I didn't do or say. Eventhough I told him the real reasons, he refused to take it and says it's my fault. I have tried and I don't think I will talk to my father again. It's his decision whether he wants to talk to me again or not. Frankly, I don't care anymore as I have been hurt too.

Well, I can truly relate to your situation. If he doesn't want to talk to you, then talk to him thru a letter. Tell him just how you feel and why you are hurting. I know it hurts. If that doesn't work, then eat him up with kindness. Kindness kills some people that are irritable. Trust me, I KNOW! Good luck!

Depends on what you did. I suggest giving him time to cool down and then attempting. The best thing to do is apologize and telling that it is ok that he is not speaking with and that you understand. He will let you know when he is ready.

if my father didnt talk to me than i dont think that i need to have that type of person in my life, your parents should love you no matter what, just as you should love them no matter what, you are after all the same flesh and blood.
