Okay, there's this guy who started flirting with me out of nowhere! He would say some really strong stuff, too, like "Wow, it's hot in here, you should take off your shirt." and stuff like that. At first, I just smiled, and then I started going back at it with him. One day he asks me how old I am I told him. Then I asked him how old he was and he walked away. So, I asked a friend of his how old he was and it turns out this guy is maybe a year younger than me. (Think 20 and 19) He comes back and asks me if I'm okay and I said "Yeah!" (esp. bc he was massaging my shoulders) and he walked away. Well, now he has completely stopped flirting with me almost to the point of avoiding me. So, am I just bugging or may he have a problem with flirting around with me. And he keeps making these awkward comments about how "people" are always older than him... But I said I didn't have a problem with it and I don't! So what's his deal? or might it be something else I haven't caught onto yet?

try "just taking samples" or "just wants to see what happens"... obviously he has issues to resolve on his own, he seems like he is attracted to you, he keeps on thinking about you (making up execuses to always pop out of nowhere) but he might be afraid he would get burned and lose you if he tries to get closer to you...dont let it bother you, let him do the talking, if he doesn't then you stop, breath... then go on with your life. but, if you really like him then go talk to him, strike up a conversation, you might find out that he is not worth it, so you move on, got it?

try talking to him about other topics to se what the both of you have in common or just see how he acts. its not always about flirting and sex. a relationship needs some common ground also.

He has issues, and it will be pretty hard to figure out what they are.

Unfortunately, you're best off letting him go.

He's immature. You are better off alone or with someone older.
