What exactly do you mean by a "cool disk"? Are you talking about a disk that you, personally, think is "cool"? Do you believe that a computer could read your mind as to what is "cool" and what is not?

NO. It can be viewed and depending on what the content is and what you clked on some info. may be in your "My Recent Documents" folder (hidden folder) and / or your history.
