i bought these at covent garden ,london when there was a german market there about 7 years ago. they sold them for 99p in a sealed bag ang all you did was put them in the microwave, they were delicious and appeared to already be partly cooked and in lard.anyone ever seen these

Most food shops should carry them.If not ask your grocer to get them for you.I love them cooked in a pot of beans.Yummy They are called ham hocks here in the united states

Hi, they are called smoked ham-hocks, you can find them in the meat dept., they also have smoked turkey, if you don't eat pork.
