Is love all about sacrificing?

I fell in love with a girl that is 2 years older than me, however, we have been out together and known each other for almost a year and a half.Age is definately not a problem for us, however,there is this huge mistake that everyone claims that i have made. Before i knew this girl, i already knew that she has a boyfriend and they were dated each other for almost 4 years.Now things have changed because she recently broke up with him.

I love this girl so much but im not sure about her feelings. She claims that she does not love me. We dated for almost a year and suddenly she wanted to end our relationship here after she have broke up with her boyfriend. We are not boyfriend's or girlfriend's.

So here's the problem, she said that if i continue to date her, she would be sad. She also asked me to leave her . She said if i love her, I have to sacrifice myself for her.
I don't know what to do...
I want to make her happy but sometimes I just end up crying when I think about this

If she don't love you & wants to break up with you why you trying to hold on to her? Just go find someone that would love you not someone that has told you she don't love you. Make yourself happy by moving on with your life & find someone that will love you & make you happy. You can't really be happy in this relationship, can you? It isn't 'sacrificing' yourself to leave her, it is doing the right thing & moving on with life.

Men, is NOT " sacrificing"! Leaving her is only doing good for you BOTH.

After all, you won't be really happy if you carry-on in such a relationship.

Leave her, go to look for someone who really cares and loves you, obviously this "she" is not the one for you.
