The Universe by its nature is ever in a flux. God does alters Himself into different conditions. Hindu religion believes that Creation and non-creation follow in cyclical form. During the creative phase, the creative forces emanating from God operate in dynamic form and during the non-creative period, God withdraws unto Himself all the creative forces and goes into hibernation. This process keeps repeating.
