Yes good point!!! It won"t be long before the H&S brigade start on that one due to the school grounds being unsafe due to water cover !!!!! (the schools then shut so they don"t get sued because little tommy fell over) ??? arrrrrrrrrrhhh

because it is not seen as a health and safety hazard.

when it snows schools can be closed for several reasons. Teachers are s*** scared that if a kid slips on the ice and breaks his neck and dies, then they get sent to jail for 20 years. and the teachers cant get in themselves

Only way a school can be closed for rain and that is if the school floods.

If they could, they would. Teachers these days are on the whole very lazy. They can't even be bothered to explain something twice to a child. I finished school in the 60s and my school was never closed because of snow. AND we had snow EVERY year.
