Cassions to support the exterior fdn. Footings, walls, steel beams and girders. Concrete floors. then exterior cladding, ie. glass, brick, precast. Then interior mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing. Then finally interior aesthetics and decorating. All in a nut shell. From ground breaking to completion about a year for 30 stories.
