A good rule of thumb is about 2 and half times the dogs weight at 4 months of age.
For example, let's say she weighs 25 pounds at 4 months: 25 x 2.5 = 62.5 pounds

I have a 7 month old Border Collie and he is currently 13 kg and about 21 inches in height from paw to shoulder. I don't think he is going to grow much taller but he will probably bulk out al little. I know that Border Collie's can range in weight from 10kg - 25kg so it might be hard to tell how big your pup will be. Female dogs tend to be smaller than males. Does she have big paws? This can be an indication of how big she will get!

Wow! That's a big 3 month old puppy! Lol. He is twice as big as my 11 pound Chihuahua, and he isn't small. The top of his back is about 12-14 inches from the ground. But dang...That's a big puppy. I used to have an Australian Shepherd. Bless her heart, she got hit by a car and died instantly. But, your puppy should be around 50-60 pounds.
