What ever prizing wining information you receive in your e-mail are fraud.

There's no such organisation that I'm aware of. There are many lottery scams which usually involve you paying some sort of admin fee in order to claim your winnings. Needless to say, if you pay this fee it's the last you'll see of your money.

If you have been contacted via email and you have not bought a ticket, then its most likely a fraud attempt.
