Would it help if we were to say "I love you until further notice" instead?
That is basically what it means, plus we would only have to say it once.

By nature, humans need to be encouraged. We get so discouraged about everything going on in our lives and in all honesty, men and women have different needs: Women need to feel like someone cares for them, men don't seem to express that need so much. So, sometimes we want to be validated... and because we are more auditory people (you know how people say women talk alot...) we want to HEAR the way you feel about us, even if you feel that your very presence is proof enough. No, "until further notice" is not enough. You kinda reinforce the feeling when you say it over and over, so think of it as a good thing. lol

Women need to be told more often cause many are jealous and doubting... but then again cant blame them men sway away very easily...see a lovely gal passing by and there they give them a big look...so assurance is regularly required by women

No women love to be told that because they love hearing it and coming from their better half gets them through the day and men want the attention also its just not one sided.

women gets insecured in relationship easily. they're more self-conscious and hence they need to know that their guy is still very much in love with her at anytime of the day.
but it depends too... some women are more independent and less needy while others are even more clingy than leeches.
for example, i'm together with my current bf for half a year already and he has only told me that supposedly magic words only ONCE. but i'm alright with that....

Ladies needs lots of assurance.So you have to constantly remind them that you are always there for them and that you love them..if you want a lady who doesn't want to be reminded all the time,try this business women i know...she will never have time for you and you'll end up yearning for her

I agree it does get a bit meaningless the more it's said, but you must remember women are emotional creatures..they sometimes need to hear the words

no, because we like to be reassured constantly by our man that we are still loved. it makes us feel good when we hear it. it doesn't cost you anything anyways does it? it's nice when couples exchange "i love you"s every so often. it only takes up 3 seconds of your life.
