does anyone know how to work an mp4 player from Hong Kong it turns off every time i take it off charge?

every time i take it off charge it turns itself off and also every time i go into set up it shows a picture of a spray can with a cross on it with a charger does any one know what this means and can any one help me please

Unfortunately, you have encountered the first rule of buying electronics directly from Hong Kong and China, which is - DON'T!!

They are cheap, but they are usually faulty as soon as you get them, too. As they have no warranty they can't be returned.

Sorry, but the best thing you can do is bin it and buy a replacement from a reputable U.K. dealer...
