*Microsoft Publisher

both are in Microsoft Office Package..

In Microsoft office 2000 and onwards.
it comes with a wizard to help you design leaflets and pamphlets and posters etc.

Microsoft Word can also be used, but it is very time consuming compared to Publisher.
