A SHY GIRL...........
*she'll walk by you with her face to th ground. (a girl may also do this if she doesnt know you or hates you!)
*she wont talk to you until you say something or if she does say something, it will be a repeat of your previous conversation. (a girl may also do this if she doesnt have anything to talk about and thinks you'll make fun of anything she says!)
*she'll laugh at anything you say even if it's not funny! (a girl may also do this if you have something stuck in your teeth!)
*she wont talk or look at you if you're with mates! (same as the first point)
*she will walk by you or your house hundreds of times a day! (she may be hitting in your brother, watch out!)
and many more
and a not so shy girl will do the opposite, she'll tell you straight away, and you can figure the rest!

scientifically, talk to her, look for signs of "preening" fixing the hair, clothes, makeup, When she laughs look for blushing, changes in heat around her face neck legs.
Realistically, give her your number, tell her that you'd just like to keep in touch, and explain that she's not obligated to call you, but if she ever does, she know has your number, smile and walk away. If she's interested your phone will ring in about 3 days.

depending on whether shes shy or confident and her age, there are various signals. it would really help if you can give me details but if not then the general signals are:
randomly striking up a convo just to talk to you
catching her looking at you and when you look back she turns away
she smiles alot at you
giggles when your around
if she likes you, youll know.

You just asked the same question twice. Why is that? She'll call you. She'll go out with you. She'll talk to you when you call. She'll be supportive of you when you have problems, she'll dress up nice when she knows you're comin to see her, she'll be on her best behavior with you (manners) etc. You get the picture.

If she's not shy she'll try to find ways to be close to you. If she's shy maybe she'll just look for a while then back off.
