Hi All

I am 36 years of age and have little bit extra padding body. I am thinking of going to gym to reduce the extra weight and then continue with jogging to keep up shape. Whether this is recommended and whether it creates any side effects?

Why not do both? No need to wait to lose weight in order to jog. Alternate so you won't get bored. The side effects of exercise? Health. Best of luck!

No side effects will be there if you go the gym to reduce your extra wt and belly as far as you do the exercises slowly and steadily without straining too much in the initial one month.
