The best way to lose weight is through a balanced diet and plently of exercise. Eat well, drink lots of water, try to eat more fruit and veg. In my opinion, this is the best way to get the weight off permanently. These faddy diets that you see in magazines "lose a stone in a week" aren't good for your body, and the weight will go back on just as quickly as it came off.
I am currently attending weight watchers, and it is working well for me. You have to try to change your mindset - you aren't on a diet, it is a way of life - eating healthily and exercising.

There is no "Best Diet" its what you like to eat just don't eat as much of it (and NO i am not saying starve your self) do some exercise but don't go over the top
and don't be in a hurry to lose the pounds slow but sure is the best way

The best "diet" is to eat healthy. Weight Watchers teaches healthy eating habits and gives a good deal of support as well as recipes and tips.
The "secret"? High fiber, low fat diet. Lots of fruits and veggies and low or no fat foods along with plenty of water.

There is no right or wrong diet, it is just what is right for you and your body, Just try cutting down on foods you eat now that should make a differece. That is what i am doing as well as cutting out crips and chocolate and takeaways, i have lost 5lbs so far along with exercise.
