organic cereal, yogurt, bananas, and vanilla yogurt mixed with granola cereal

I know it is regarded as a bad thing but I don't eat breakfast, haven't done since I was about 13. I find it slows me down in the mornings if I do. I just drink a couple of mugs of coffee and get on with the day.

Equal parts of:

Uncooked "Old Fashioned" Oats
and
Yogurt

Seriously: this could result in some substantial gas-production for newbies, so don't try it for the first time before Church, an office meeting, school, etc. If it does gas you up at first,.. it'll subside as you continue. A minor inconvenience considering the health benefits.

Cream of wheat made with milk. Then served with a little brown sugar and sliced peaches or apricot halves. I've been eating this since I was a kid. Good source of iron.

Two eggs under-poached smothered in Hollandaise sauce with Spam on a pattie of rice on the side. Everyday. : P

I normally eat ceral and maybe some french toast you stick in the toaster and some mlilk or hot chocolate

I like to treat myself to a sausage biscuit value meal from McDonald's. I always get it with a med. diet coke because I'm diabetic and don't need the extra carbs from orange juice and I don't like coffee.

got 2 have my crarberry almond crunch or a blueberry bagel with strawberry jam, 2 pieces of turkey bacan, a egg over easy, maybe some grits, orange juice
