Steroids will shorten your life but very much prolong the suffering of your dying. There's nothing redeeming about abusing steroids, and that's what you want to do - abuse them.
If you have stress problems, if you so desperately want to get into shape that you have to tear yourself apart, then you need to talk to someone to get at the underlying problem. It's lack of self esteem. You aren't happy with the way you are now, and are looking for a quick fix. (And it is a quick fix - the real fix is talking to someone and getting at the underlying problem).
Can't/won't help you figure out a cycle that will kill you. You're on your own for that. It's your life. If I were you I'd solve the problem, not create worse ones, but it's your life.

This is the big question I hear all the time. Only you can decide if you want to use steroids or not. But, here's a few facts about them. When used properly, steroids are safer than most people think. The reason why they have become illegal is because the give athletes an unfair advantage over athletes that don't use them. And then there are the brainwashed people that think a shot in the a** a couple of times a week will make them huge in no time. Yes, they will. But unless you use 'gear' to bring your body safely off the cycle, you can cause great damage to your body, especially the liver and kidneys. This is the second reason why steroids have been banned. There are alot of people out there, especially teenagers, that die from using steroids without studying the side affects, what you need to bring your body off the cycle and what exacty does a certain steroid does to your body, like raising your blood pressure and/or your bad cholesterol to unsafe limits.(Like I said, with proper counter measures, these things can be controlled). It's alot of homework, brother. If you dont have the time to really study everything there is to know about steroids, in my opinion, stay away from them. Oh, and in case you were wondering, I do not use them either.

In the UK at least no steroids can or should be available without a doctor's prescription. Unfortunately the net, which I love using, has however made a mockery of this.
It is fascinating to read the reassurances that there are no risks from anabolic steroids, displayed on sites that sell them. They have presumably never had a relative have an early stroke or heart attack.
Side effects of anabolic steroids include : raising blood pressure, raising cholesterol, (both of which increase cardiovascular disease), physical damage to the heart itself, premature baldness, liver damage, he formation of breast tissue in males, liver damage, impotence, shrinking of the testicles and infertility. Women can become hairy, develop a deep voice, and growth can be stunted in adolescents.
So if you would like to spend your life as a short bald guy with small testicles, boobs and impotence who has an heart attack, this is the way for you!

Theres nothing quite like a Steroid question to get people in a bad mood. lol. The simple answer is dont do it! If your serious about weight training and have a problem with eating then use supplements like whey protein and high calorie meal replacements!
If you research natural and herbal supplements, you will find there is something to reduce Cortisol levels (stress hormone).
But to answer your question...Steroids are a massive NO.

Anabolic steroids, nandrolone & testosterone proprionate, are available on doctors' orders and prescriptions.
'Stacking' which is the term used by professional bodybuilder is the actual injection of these substances at prescribed frequency and it is best be prescribed and dosed by a knowledgeable doctor. The doctor has to monitor you carefully with the appropriate tests etc.
I am afraid Gym science is, in a way, quite far ahead of medical science and very often tends towards 'too much of a good thing ' with at least 23 morbid & lethal side effects.
Without a proper medical follow up I do not recommend it.
Good Luck

I cannot advise you on what and how to eat. I am not an expert and you need someone who really knows his/her stuff. Do not take Steroids. I speak from experience. My some was on Steroids and he is now a mess. He is big and tall and weighs 255 lbs. but he is a sick guy. He developed heart trouble and almost died and recently had another attack. They called it a border line heart attack. He is a shell of the fellow he was ten years ago.and his beautiful body is disintegrating....loss of muscle, flabby arms and legs. Would he do it all over again? NEVER!

Absolutely not, they really mess up your body.
For a start you might get seriously muscular but after a few years you'll just be fat.
guys on steroids look ridiculous anyway, such huge bodies and tiny legs.
If I were you i would not worry about what my body looks like and get into shape by swimming and cycling etc
You'll feel better for it and it will reduce your stress levels I promise you- works for me!

Yes, the last 200,000 years of evolution of your endocrine system was all a mistake, and you can do better by injecting artificial steroids. (sarcastic tone intended).
You already know your answer-- you said it yourself. You are a stress case. It messes up your eating. And probably your muscle development.
I would address the stress, and get healthy in the head before I would risk liver failure, shrunken genitals, and mood swings. Honestly. You will get better results. Oh, and stay legal.

Id have a go at it mate, too many people go on about these myths in what it does to you etc...
If you wanna bulk up its the fastest method in doing so, if you do have bad adverse effects due to steroids then just stop taking them.
