I have just split up with my gf and i cant eat or sleep. i want to get back into the gym and get into shape and take care of myself like i used to but i cant eat or sleep. How do i do this? it doesnt help cos i have 2 see my ex everyday wich makes me feelworse. i have no appetite and unless im eating well i cant even muster up the energy to workout.

The problem is everyone will tell you you will get over it but at this moment of time you feel that's never going to happen.
You will get over her just dont make the next one have to fit the bill if you know what I mean.
Tell you what do something different this weekend book a hot air balloon trip and believe me what and how different you will feel

Joey - you WILL get over this.
It does not help that you have to see her every day,
so why not have a few days off? Stay at home just for a couple of days
and concentrate on yourself.
Instead of the gym - go for a walk. Have you any
friends that you can go to? or someone that could
stay with you.
Talking will help you. And you MUST start eating.
Sleep will come. Eventually you will muster up the
energy for your usual workout. Why not get some
special drinks (I don't mean booze!) like Build Up,
or milk as well.
If you keep on like this go to the doctor and he will
prescribe something to help you sleep. Even if its for
a couple of nights.
Thoughts are with you - I hope you feel better soon.

Perhaps it works the other way round - you don't eat so you can't work out but if you did work out you would probably get your appetite back. You know what you like to do - its hard making the first step because you don't want to move on - but you can do it.

You have to force yourself to move, it isn't easy and it takes time.Try eating little and often.Take up some new hobbies or an eveing class in something that interests you.The only true healer is time, each day you wake up it will get better.I send you my smile and wish the best for you.

is tough man!!! u r so attach like i do . normally i will be fine in a month . go to the gym workout , and show her . that's what she has missed out.

or try to get another girl to replace her .

forget her. Promise urself that u will never see her again (ouch that hurts) but if ur feeling that way maybe u want to be her boyfriend again
