Each moment in time, we are presented with a choice.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schrodingers_cat
quote:
================================
Schrödinger's cat is a seemingly paradoxical thought experiment devised by Erwin Schrödinger that attempts to illustrate the incompleteness of an early interpretation of quantum mechanics when going from subatomic to macroscopic systems. Schrödinger proposed his "cat" after debates with Albert Einstein over the Copenhagen interpretation, which Schrödinger defended, stating in essence that if a scenario existed where a cat could be so isolated from external interference (decoherence), the state of the cat can only be known as a superposition (combination) of possible rest states (eigenstates), because finding out (measuring the state) cannot be done without the observer interfering with the experiment — the measurement system (the observer) is entangled with the experiment.
[...]
Everett many-worlds interpretation...
In other words, when the box is opened, the universe (or at least the part of the universe containing the observer and cat) is split into two separate universes, one containing an observer looking at a box with a dead cat, one containing an observer looking at a box with a live cat.

It means one has a 50/50 chance.
-----Searcher, you raise an important point.
I'm curious. Who can grasp the nature of probabilities? If you are the observer who opens the box, you will then have two Searchers, two boxes, and two cats, each in their own universe. Each Searcher would think that he is the real Searcher and the other is the probable one. There are now two equally real Searchers. If there were ten choices, you would end up with ten Searchers. Each of those would then have ten new choices and new Searchers would spring into existence in their own realities, ad infinitum.
We are multiplying ourselves at every instant and all the probable selves are in contact with each other whether one is conscious of the connection or not. Each one benefits from the others triumphs. We can 'tap' into the wisdom and experience of
any of our selves. We are truly multidimensional.

its not a parable, its what one would call an attempt at a riddle.
Parables are broadly known as the Teaching of JESUS CHRIST.
this does not compare to that
P.S. to the personl 2 below me .. thats why I intentionally placed the word 'broadly' between it. See it there

The two are one. The self will live, and the ego will die until you choose the next experience.

This indicates how suddenly those who are ready to be gathered to safety while others are forsaken when Christ comes as Jehovah's avenger. It is vital for us now to keep spiritual interests first and not be wrapped up in material things.Because when that crucial time arrives, what will your position be?Will you be abandoned to destruction,or will you be taken along for survival?

Sure. Thanks for the shift.Ha ha. The first ha has a capital H the second a "lower" case h. It's the same word but different. The moons light is really a reflection of the Suns light. I tried not to give it all away. You know the answer did just "pop" in. Thanks.
