no. that's not the way to do it. if you don't like that girl back, you turn her down nicely. not make her hate you. tell her she's a really nice girl but you just want to be friends. and then, keep your word. no flirting or mixed messages. or else, she's going to get confused and think there is still a chance that you might like her.

Be honest but not rude, offer a friendship to her, don´t get out of her life 100%, because that would make it even worse, if she has at least the chance to talk to you as a friend, she will get over you more easy, than when she is missing you 24/7. Love hurts, so don´t hurt her more than necessary...

if you dont like a girl who's showing interest in you. just tell her nicely that all you would like to be is friends. never try to do anything to annoy her on purpose to make her dislike you. not to be rude, but that's such a loser act!
