There is a federal program actually two of them> one is called medicaid spenddown and you go to the department of human services to apply. the other is social security and she will be given medicare. very easy to get on disability for a woman in her condition.

In most of the hospitals there is one medical social department and a social worker sits there. They get plenty of fund for disbursement. Why not approach them?

if your wife is on dailysis, that means she is also given a social worker which inturn knows that Medicare covers treatments I've been there and find it hard to believe you are not getting finicial help
