airplane connections?

i haven't flown before and am going to ibiza via barcelona.Does my luggage automatically get put on my connecting flight or do i have to wait for it and recheck it in,thanks

If it's just a connecting flight, the airline company usually does that for you automatically. If you disembark and go out of the airport in Barcelona, you have to get your baggage and check in again.

when you check in tell them you want it sent to your destination and they will take care of it for you, its easier than having to collect it and check it in again. Start your holiday stress free!
