my head hurt so much this few months
my head feels so heavy like there's water in my head. is there really water in my head or is it something else?
am i gonna die or do i had similar symptoms to any major disease?
or is it just something normal?

Water does not get in our heads no it does not
and you are not gonna die
You will be ok and it could be anxiety you are going through
just like with me and maybe stress and depression

This needs to be evaluated by a dr, especially because of how long the symptoms have been going on for.

sounds like sinus pressure from swollen glands and mucus...can you breath through your nose? do you have a frontal headache around eyes and forehead only?try putting a hot towel over yourhead and standing over gentle steam...or just put hot towel on your forehead at least thirty minutes.
If you actually hear sloshing or none of these things work or make it worse, ask your doctor. I dont know why more people who ask questions on here dont just ask their doctors...do you have insurance?

we all have water in our heads, it's called cerebrospinal fluid. but what you're feeling may need medical consultation and treatment, so have it examined by your doctor.
