I have been fiddling and have lost my toolbar.
How do I regain it ?
I have tried "escape" but to no avail.

There is nothing at the top of the screen to click !

Dump IE and start using Firefox. I'm sure your headache will go if you switch to Firefox. Firefox is easy, fast and very convenient to use. I love its tabbed browsing and has lots of plugins.

Right click on the menu bar area (on the top part) and select from the pop-up menu.

on top of IE window click View, Toolbars and check Standard Buttons, Address Bar, etc whichever one u want visible...

Simply go to the top and right click...click on whatever bar you want to see...

turn it off un plug it wait 10 minutes then restart
