hummingbirds are one of the hardest animals to rehabilitate. Their food intake is very demanding and takes a lot of time and experience to get right. They are also very suseptable to capture myopethy which is sort of a deadly depression many species of birds get once in captivity. Find a rehabilitation center in your area (your vet may have a contact) and get the bird to them IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise it could die of starvation within just a few hours.
