I believe that if we were in the middle east to actually win a war, we'd have already been finished.

Yes, if the military, not the politicians, were the ones calling the shots, we'd be done over there. BUT, every libsurgent here would have their pink thongs knotted in anger because the military doesn't get things done by worrying about collateral damage.

The soldiers in Iraq are fighting a real war where real people get killed and brave men & women save other peoples lives. It's just not on this soil. I doubt we will ever be blazing guns and tanks in the farmland of Kansas. Not as long as Canada & Mexico stay our allies and don't get invaded.

hard to say with just those parameters...where to be fought,here or overseas?...we wont go for all out overkill on American soil..give us a little more to work with...I dont see us dropping napalm on a mall somewhere but around some grapevines in France?..oh yeah

WAR is never meant to be won, my friend. Heck, we didn't even win the war with Japan after the attack on Pearl Harbor; Japan surrendered.
